Even Better than the dirty Dozen

As I started my search into organic food I kept coming across the "Dirty Dozen" list the top 12 items you always want to buy organic.  It seemed pretty basic but I knew it wasnt really showing me what I needed to know about our diets I wanted the big picture.    Corn isnt listed on the dirty doz but I knew that since it his a higly genetically modified product I wanted to all my corn products to be organic.  So my search continued.

I am now heading forth into the land of frugal organic armed with ‘the Deaf Smith Country cookbook’, found on ebay for about a buck  gotta love a bargain,And the ever pressing desire to assure that my family is  healthy and that I am a good steward towards the land the our heavenly Father gave us.
