My inspiration Creative writing

My inspiration oh what could it be could it be the birds singing in the breeze or the flowers with subtle hues or is it the strength of the tree its naked branches twisting in the winter sky, waiting for its regal robe of spring. 

The scent and sound of the summer rain the smell of fresh dug dirt, the crispness of the first fall morning.  Butterflies, Blossoms and Bounty  oh, how do I choose? 

Inspiration comes from the sunrise the sunset and the air that we breathe.  I find my inspiration the moment I step outside.

Creative Writing week 3

So many things running in my head no spaces between them all filling up the corners overflowing the walls, words, ideas, needs, wants.  I write to keep them lined up in simple easy to find bins I write to keep them from driving me insane but most of all I write to make sense of it all.    Writing down the pain the joy, my fear, words that share my soul, my beliefs. 

Lining words up in neat little rows, filling them with passion and tears.  Turning thoughts into lists and organizing them to make things simple. 

Does writing them make them real does it free their burden upon my soul, giving them life?  Does writing them give me power? Yes 

Creative writing

Hello, I am the table I have enjoyed 365 thousand dinners with many many families over the last 100 years.  I have heard their stories felt their tears and traveled thousands of miles.  I have sat by as presidents changed fashion changed.  The faces and the scenery might change but  nothing has really changed at all. 

I have taken part in family meetings and family parties, I have been cast aside and traded for new, hid in the attic and sold for bits of silver yet I still stand tall my scars and scratches only lending to my character.  

One might be able to replace me with another but there is no other who holds my strength my wisdom and my character.

I am here to tell you to stand tall be the best at what you are and you will always hold a place of honor.
